This project includes a 2,500 square foot residence with semi-attached garage & ADU.  The home was designed to take in sweeping views of Penn Cove and the Cascade mountains while still maintaining privacy from the surrounding neighborhood.  Primary living spaces including great room & primary bedroom suite are located on the main level with guest rooms and family room on a partial lower level.  The large garage includes an upper floor ADU for visiting family members.
