Completed in the spring of 2010, this project more than doubled the size of the existing library; adding a public meeting room, reading room, expanded staff space, children’s area, and support facilities. Located in the heart of Ebey’s Landing Historical Reserve, the design of the building draws from traditional forms and references seen throughout the historic Town of Coupeville and surrounding area.
